How do you think your work impacts your team and the organization as a whole? Describe what a perfect team member looks like, from your experience.
I believe that my work can impact both my team and the organization by improving efficiency and helping generate new ideas and a fresh perspective.
A perfect team member is someone who communicates openly, collaborates effectively, and is reliable in delivering quality work on time. They are able to work with everyone and approach challenges with problem solving abilities. They should have a positive attitude that motivates others, contribute to their role and have a leadership mindset.
If you had the creative freedom to design the course of your own projects, what would they look like? Give at least 2 examples with explanations.
If I had the creative freedom to design my own projects, I would focus on innovative projects and initiatives by using advanced tools to improve efficiency within the company. One example of a project could involve using accounting tools and software to make data easier to interpret. Another initiative could involve designing a budgeting system that connects different teams and recommends adjustments. Projects like these can have a positive impact on the company’s growth and success.

For my dream team at U+, I would choose Aragorn (from LOTR), Rocky Balboa, and Batman. Aragorn’s leadership, wisdom, and ability to communicate with others would guide the team through challenges and stay focused. Rocky’s determination and resilience would keep the team motivated, pushing them to overcome setbacks and continuously look for improvement. Finally, Batman’s strategic brilliance, technological knowledge, and innovative problem-solving would ensure the team is always looking for new innovative opportunities and tools. Together, their unique qualities would create, focused, and unstoppable team, leading to success.
