Learn the work.
The U+ Co-op Rotational Program combines meaningful, student-facing work with hands-on experience in the teams that keep an education organization moving. Each four-month term gives you one focused role—and a wider view of where your strengths can take you.
You won’t just observe from the sidelines. You’ll support real programs, contribute to active projects, receive feedback, and carry what you learn into your next rotation.
Try different roles. Keep one shared purpose.
