November Week 3 Reflection – Evelyn

Evelyn's November Week 3 Reflection

How do you think your work impacts your team and the organization as a whole? Describe what a perfect team member looks like, from your experience.

My work impacts my team and organization as a whole, because every individual is significant. If I do not complete my work on time, it would set back my whole team, and delay our progression as a whole. A perfect team member would be someone that is responsible, disciplined and has good communication skills. This is because they would be able to work efficiently, communicate to avoid misunderstandings, and incline the growth of progression for the company.

If you had the creative freedom to design the course of your own projects, what would they look like? Give at least 2 examples with explanations.

The first project I would design would be a Canva related one, something that would teach me more about how to add contrasts and make things stand out in posters, brochures, presentations, etc. Another project that I would make is a task related to Lego Robotics, like maybe having a project where we receive a kit and make it, and I think it will be a great assignment because it is more hands-on and engaging.

Pick 3 fictional characters you would like to have on your dream team. Explain why and how these characters will benefit your work at U+.

Gojo Satoru (Jujutsu Kaisen) would lead with bold vision and inspire teams to take risks, leveraging his charisma to drive innovation. Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto) would foster collaboration and resilience, uniting diverse groups and keeping morale high during challenges. Kakashi Hatake (Naruto) would provide steady mentorship and practical solutions, ensuring efficiency and growth within the organization.

What music soundtrack would be playing in the background if someone had to make a montage of your typical day at U+?

I would listen to lo-fi, or some instrumental music. I feel like that helps me focus the most and will not distract me from doing my tasks and assignments. It is also calming overall, and is just more convenient to use as white noise. Here is a link to one that really helps me concentrate:
