November Week 1 Reflection – Rabia

Rabia's November Week 1 Reflection

Reflect on your tasks this week. What was the most frustrating and fulfilling part of it? Briefly discuss how steps can be taken to improve workflow and team communication.

The most frustrating part of my tasks this week we’re figuring out how to get started on them and how to do them. I would get confused every now and then but when I talked with my coworkers about the tasks they guided me to the right path which was fulfilling and I was able to finish the tasks. By communicating and asking for help from my coworkers I got rid of my confusion.

How do you stay inspired and motivated in your work, even on challenging days? In what ways does U+ support you during those challenging times?

My only push to keep going is my need to finish any assignments or tasks I get. I try to stay busy and push myself to work on any task. By giving myself a deadline on any task it gives my motivation to work harder and not procrastinate. In U+ I can always find things to keep me busy with how I stay on task.

What are some skills or “hidden talents” you have that could spark something new in our work if we tapped into them?

My “secret talent” would be writing as I often practice it. I like to ouch myself to write things which can insure the reader as well as create a big impact on them. So far I haven’t had the chance to show off this so-called “talent”. However, I plan on showcasing it in the near future as I know I can.

If you could collaborate with anyone in the company, who would it be and why?

I would one day like to collaborate with the marketing and digital content creating departments as I know I can come up with many creative and different ideas to promote U+ education to more youth’s in our community as the best way to get their attention is to implement our interests as we are youths as well. I can also bring more attraction from different social media platforms .
