What’s Your Most Memorable “Aha!” Moment from the Past Three Months?
Originally, I planned on bringing the March Break Campers outdoors for an activity, but unforeseen weather conditions forced us to change our plans last minute. In the moment of pressure, I decided to do a class challenge of building the biggest spiral out of Keva Blocks. The campers, initially disappointed and unmotivated by the change in plans, slowly became more and more excited. This “Aha!” moment taught me the importance of flexibility and creativity. It showed me that with the right mindset, challenges can be transformed into opportunities for growth and learning.
If Your Co-op Experience Were a Movie Title or a Movie, What Would It Be, and Why?
Minions. When I worked in-person, the working environment was happy and energetic. I don’t watch too many movies so this was the only thing that came to mind.
